Vitamin A can be found in fish oils, meat, milk, cheese and eggs and the recommended dosage is 5,000IU.
Never take over 25,000IU per day. At that level it becomes toxic and causes your hair to fall out!
Tasty proteins like fish, chicken, turkey and meat contain Vitamin B3, so eat up! For hair growth the recommended dosage is 50mg 3 times a day.
Get Vitamin B5 from whole grains, brewer's yeast, organ meats and egg yolks or take a supplement that gives the recommended dosage of 100mg 3 times a day.
Get Vitamin B6 from brewer's yeast, whole grains, egg yolks and organ meats. For best results take 50mg 3 times per day.
Vitamin B12 is in chicken, fish, eggs and milk and the recommended dose is 2mg per day.
Vitamin C is in citrus fruits, strawberries, pineapples, tomatoes and green peppers. The recommended daily amount is 60mg.
Vegetable oils, wheat germ oil, raw nuts, seeds and leafy greens all contain Vitamin E. The recommended daily amount is 400IU.
Vitamin E acts as a blood thinner so if you have medical conditions like hypertension or blood issues talk to you doctor before you take it.
I've tried swallowing 10-12 different vitamins twice a day and believe me it's not easy. Thankfully there are vitamins for black hair growth that give all these different elements (and more) in one or two capsules daily.
