Concealer and blending....
by: Camille

I don't have any advice for you on your allergies since I'm not a medical doctor and don't offer any sort of medical advice(sorry to hear about it though, this time of year is bad for that).

But I can tell you that with the use of a little concealer you can make those dark circles look like they aren't even there.

Use a concealer that's a few shades lighter than your skin tone and apply it under your eyes with your (clean) finger or a moistened makeup sponge.

Tap it in and continue to tap back and fourth until the makeup blends seamlessly and the dark circles are covered and you can't tell where the makeup starts and your skin stops.

Drinking a lot of water and eating mostly fruits and vegetables will help as well by keeping you healthy.

If your dark circles are mainly caused by allergies then your best bet is to visit a specialist who can give you treatment and get it under control.

Once you do that the dark circles will definitely subside and possibly go away completely.

Dark circles under the eyes can be caused by two other things: not enough sleep and lack of vitamin K. If you can find a vitamin K supplement to take or foods that are high in vitamin K like green leafy vegetables (turnip greens, collard greens, spinach) they will help to reduce the appearance of those circles.

That can also be hereditary. I have the same problem on the female side of my family. Hit the hay and eat them greens!
