What style can I do on breaking hair?

Q: What style can I do on my breaking hair and can a rinse be used?

A: You can do a lot of styles on breaking hair. The only two things you should avoid when your hair is damaged is styles that need a lot of heat to be done and styles that pull your hair very tight and cause stress.

That means that you should stay away from flat irons and blow dryers as well as relaxing too often and wearing very small braids.

Roller sets where you sit under the dryer are best for your hair as well as styles that you don't have to comb your hair and mess with it a lot.

Also, you can do rinses over the hair and in fact they help to strengthen your hair. Just stay away from permanent color and bleaching your hair when it is weak.

Full head sew-in weaves are also good. Like a weave with a full fringe - up to date with the latest trend but wont put stress on your scalp. Just make sure that where the breakage is, the hairdresser cornrows around it. =]
