Should I Get A Weave?

I'm only 14 nearly 15 years old and I have afro type hair and I'm thinking of getting a weave.

I was wondering do they look normal enough or should I just get my hair relaxed or permed?

A: Hi. In my honest opinion I wouldn't go with a weave for the simple fact that they are expensive, take a lot of upkeep and you don't need one if you already have hair.

If you want straight hair permanently then getting a relaxer is the better option. If you just want straight hair for a minute to go back to natural hair then a weave is a better choice.

When you get into weave you're going to have to spend money on the hair, someone putting it in, maintaining the weave and maintaining the hair underneath too.

At 15 I can think of 10 things you'd be better spending your time doing than worrying about a weave.
