Q: Does your real hair have to bee seen when you have a weave?

A: Hi Hayat. Your hair does not have to show when you have a weave.

When you get a weave done you have a lot of options. You can do a partial weave, where some of your hair is left out to blend with the weave hair or a full weave where all of your hair is braided and tucked away under the weave.

I find that when you get a weave it's always more natural looking when you leave some hair out around the edges to blend the weave with the rest of the hair.

On the other hand if you have a very skilled stylist who can make your hairline look very natural with a full weave that's never going to be a problem.
