Over Processed And Breaking Hair

Question:

What style can I put my over processed and breaking hair to help it grow or give it a rest?

Camille's Answer:

Hi Shelia. Here are some of my favourite "give the hair a rest" hairstyles.

1. Braids (cornrows, box braids and Senegalese twists...if your hair is short micro's also)

2. Sewn in weaves (full head)

3. Rod set curly styles

4. Buns

5. Ponytails (with or without hair extensions)

6. Twist outs

These are what I can think of for the time being.

You can find instructions on how to do all these styles on these pages.

Along with wearing these styles you have lavish your hair with conditioning treatments for it to get back to it's former glory.
