Olive oil hair products have become popular for a good reason. I’m sure you can recall your grandmother or other woman in your family cooking a delicious family feast using it and then turning around to use it as a conditioning treatment in their hair. Did you ever wonder what she was up to?
Well grandma was right!
Olive oil (extra virgin in particular) has been used for centuries to increase hair’s health. How does it do this?
