After recently coloring my hair, it looked very dull and lacked body, I used the Motion CPR range just once and my hair is now looking and feeling 100% better than it did.

I've had good results as well.

Back in the day when I was just getting into hair care I used to be in love with the motions relaxer system.

I used the whole line including the CPR.

The only thing I didn't like with it is having to wash out all the little pieces that were in it.

It was a great treatment though and I would use it with a plastic cap and my bonnet dryer for 30 minutes once a week.

Kept my hair very soft and strong.
