How To Get Clear Skin – 3 Steps To Success

Step 1 - Stop Blemishes

To get clear skin you have to start at the root of the problem. Acne, rashes, blackheads, whiteheads, zits and bumps (whichever you call them) need to be stopped dead in their tracks.

Here are some blemish-clearing tips.

  • Wash with a medicated acne cleanser twice daily.
  • Keep oils from hair products and makeup off your skin.
  • Stay as stress free as you possibly can (stress causes acne and oily skin).
  • Look for products that contain benzoyl peroxide, hydroxy acids, sulfur and vitamin A to help heal your skin.
  • Try natural solutions like oil cleansing, organic products or black soap.

Step 2 - Prevent New Blemishes

When you get rid of your blemishes the next step is to keep them away.

  • Don’t stop using a product because your skin is clear.
  • When you find a routine and products that your skin responds to stick with them.
  • Use scrubs and masks to keep pores clear.
  • Eat a healthy diet filled with fruits and vegetables to help keep skin clear.

Step 3 - Treat Dark Marks and Discoloration

The third step in how to get clear skin is getting rid of dark marks and skin discoloration.

Even with active pimples gone and no new ones forming, dark spots and discoloration caused by hyper pigmentation can be left behind.

The spots will fade naturally over time but there are ways to speed up the process.

  • Wear sunblock daily to keep spots from getting darker.
  • Use light peels that contain glycolic and salicylic acids to exfoliate the pigmented top layers of your skin.
  • Use fade cream alongside exfoliating treatments to help lighten dark spots faster.

With this 1-2-3 combo you now know how to get clear skin and keep it looking beautiful.
