Easy Homemade Remedies For Damaged Hair
![]()
You’ve confirmed it, you’re horrified and you don’t have any product on hand to fix it...or do you? There are lots of quick and simple hair-fixing recipes you can whip up in the comfort of your kitchen with a few items from your pantry. Here are three of my favorite deep conditioning homemade remedies for damaged hair.
Simple Home Remedies For Damaged Hair
Rich in egg protein and oils, this treatment is great for dry, damaged chemically treated hair.
Mix the ingredients together in a blender until it’s nice and thick. Apply the entire mixture to your hair and cover with a plastic cap. After 30 minutes wash with a gentle shampoo and rinse your hair completely.
The high fat content of avocados makes it ideal for a deep penetrating hair mask.
Mix all in the ingredients together until they’re thoroughly combined. Apply it to your hair from roots to ends and cover with a plastic cap to help it penetrate. After 30 minutes, wash the treatment out of your hair using a gentle moisturizing shampoo.
Acid rinses make the scales of your hair shaft lie smoothly which makes it stronger. They also rinse residues out of your hair.
Combine the vinegar and water in a container and mix them together. After you wash and rinse your hair pour the vinegar mixture over your hair (you don’t need to rinse it out).
