Glued Hair extensions
Q: I asked a question before and actually got an answer, a GREAT ANSWER...Thank you!
Tell me what do you think of glued extension, how long do they last, are they easy to take out, do they damage hair?
A: Hi Shauna! You're welcome and I want you to know that I'll always do my best to provide the best answer to every question I'm asked.
As for the glued extensions, they have their positives and negatives.
They last about 2 or so weeks before they need to be re-done. They are much easier to take out than sewn in weaves BUT they can do lots of damage if they aren't taken out properly.
I think if you're going to use them for a one off occasion or to add a little something extra to your hair once in a while it's fine. But if you're thinking about gluing your hair as an everyday hairstyle to use over a long period of time I'd have to tell you to stay far away from it.
9 times out of 10 if you glue extension hair in constantly you're going to end up with bald patches and thinning hair over time.
If you're interested in wearing a weave long term I'd look into getting a sewn in weave or a quick weave. If they're done well, these types of weaves give your hair a break, help it to grow and of course look awesome in the mean while.
