You know how they say beauty comes from within...well what's the best foods for women of color to consume?

Hi Shontell. Here's another saying...you are what you eat. That's very true when it comes to your skin.

When it comes to food and beauty you should be more concerned with what you SHOULDN'T be eating.

Avoid:

- Excessive and unhealthy oils.
- Soda and other drinks full of sugar.
- Alcohol.
- High sugar foods.
- Processed foods.


Indulge:

- Fresh clean water.
- Fruits.
- Vegetables.
- Healthy fats.
- Lean meats.

And of course, of you know you don't get enough and the right variety of foods it's always a good idea to take a daily multivitamin to help your body get what it needs.
