Q: Thank you so much for your help.

I agree with you. I need and I am starting to give some TLC to that one area.

But in the meantime, what can I do to take the attention away from embarrassing spot on my head. I feel very self conscious about it and it's ruining my hair style.

My hairstyle is exactly like the photo on the left hand side of this site (lady in blue).

A: You are most welcome. I'm here anytime you have a question you think I can help you with.

As for suggestions on hiding that spot...it's much more difficult the shorter your hair is, but you have one of 3 options.

1. Depending on where the spot it you can style your hair in a way that covers the trouble spot (style it so that longer hair lies over that spot).

2. You'll have to cut your hair more so that the short part doesn't look as obvious.

3. Wear some kind of wig or integrated hair piece until that section of hair grows back.

I know it's hard but you'll have to figure out which of these suits your situation and preference until your hair is on track to be grown back.
