Where Do You Buy Wave Caps? I know that's kind of a dumb question but at the same time its not. At Sally's beauty supply they don't have it. I probably have to go to a corner beauty supply right? <b>Camille's Comment:</b> Not a dumb question at all and yes, if you don't find it at Sally's you can check any ethnic beauty supply and they should have it there. And just my two cents here but in terms of shopping for ethnic hair care products I don't find Sally's to be the leader at all. Usually these "corner shop" beauty supplies beats them hands down in selection and variety. Good luck doing your cap weave!
